Gloves

Anyone use gloves for sun protection?

I hate hate hate the feeling of sun screen. I always wear pants, long sleeve uv hoodie with face mask, and a straw hat for sun protection(my pic in my profile is my fishing clothes, wear them every time I am out)

I sometimes do 5hrs and sometimes 12 hrs when I'm out fishing so protection is a must. My only exposed skin is my hands. I've been thinking of getting gloves but the thought of them being wet makes makes me not get any. Do any of you guys wear gloves just for sun protection. Do you handle bait with them on?

I always have a pair of fingerless nrs guide gloves on. Neoprene so they don't get too soggy. Nice and grippy, and protective without being cumbersome. Will also put a bit of sunscreen on my fingertips

I have some Buff sport series fingerless gloves I originally bought for paddling but I still wear them for the SPF on my Hobie sometimes. Handling fish/bait is no problem and they are quick dry. They have some angler gloves as well that I haven't tried but they look good. https://buffusa.com/shop-buff/gloves-category.html

I have a pair of aftcos in my tackle box and I haaaated them. Way too rigid... Possibly too big, but they dug into the web between my fingers and drove me nuts.
