Wow - first year in probably 12 that I haven't been up to Utah skiing. Looks like a crappy snow year - all those road scenes I recognize usually are white right to the freeway once you get past Beaver.

Sounds like you made a good trip of it though. I never had any desire to freeze out in the middle of a frozen lake...

With proper gear, it could be fun.

It is for sure a different world.

My kin had another heart related procedure, and he said it went fine.

it will be about three months before he can see any result is what he was told.

We are all hoping for the best.

I am going back and plan to stop at Hoover dam this time.

The power auger just arrived today. Yupee.

How many hours drive time to get up there? I might head up to FL in the summer with my yak...no better eating fish than pan fried perch and I havnt caught a muskie in years
