8-27...I can tell you where they are not.

Well made my way out to LJ. C&R one small bone. Had a free swimmer yellow chasing macks as I was making bait...of course between the diving birds eating my bait and the knot head seal scared it off. I went to the outside and found a paddy with crashes on the top water of course the damm birds and seals followed me all the way out. LJ was pretty quite. No sportys so maybe thats why I couldnt shake the dogs or the birds. Had a couple of followers on the 45 but no takers. Then the fish sounded and never saw them again. Bad day fishing good day for the seal and birds they pretty much shut down my trip. There was this one bird had a foot of mono hanging from its bill like it got caught on someones line and they cut him free, it goes in on my sabiki and it breaks it off. Water was 72-75. small chop with some rollers mixed in from the SW. Good luck if you go.

Freakin dogs!
I probably won't get out for a couple weeks, but when I do....
I'm bringing some wicked hot sauce.

You gave it a shot and that's commendable. How were the swells and tide?
