The heart of our sport is under threat from the MLPA. La Jolla, Dana Pt, and Malibu are all eyed for closure on multiple preservation-heavy maps. Many other precious launch sites too. You know all this.

There are many ways to get your say in on the MLPA process. Nothing has been decided or pre-determined. YOU can affect the outcome.

My hat is off to those who have been stuffing mailboxes, pounding the pavement, and getting the word out. Keep it up! We have a long way to go, at least through Oct. And if you've been silent up til now, get on it. Whatever your viewpoint, make sure it is heard.
