This form is to provide nominations for the the first Annual KayakFishingRadio & YakAngler.com Kayak Angler's Choice Awards 2011. Nominations will be accepted for 60 days beginnning in June. Voting for Award winners will then commence and be open for a period not to excede 60 days. Award Winners will be announced on a broadcast of KayakFishingRadio and listed on YakAngler.com in November 2011. Sponsors or Supporters of KayakFishingRadio or YakAngler.com ARE eligible to be nominated, compete for awards and cast votes, however, Sponsorship/Support is not required nor deemed beneficial to recieving an award. Memebership or affiliation with ANY organizaition is not required to be eligible to nominate or be nominated for an award, however, all nominees will be notified and interviewed to determine eligibility and acceptance of the nomination. Primary eligibility will be determined based on the nominee's relevance toward kayak angling, sportmanship, and community character. KayakFishingRadio and/or it's regular broadcast hosts are NOT eligible to compete for awards or subsequently cast votes for awards. YakAngler.com and/or it's owners are NOT eligible to compete for awards or subsequently cast votes for awards.
