Thanks for sharing your trip report. Glad you were able to fish the sheltered waters of Pyramid Cove as sometimes the area is closed for military exercises. That's a nice-looking Yellowtail! Congratulations!

I hooked up twice. Lost both of them. The boat was also chasing them and managed to catch one. ~130lb if I remember correctly. We had amazing tuna steaks for dinner that night. That being said I would not expect for that to happen again. |
