Anyone else notice around the 40 sec. mark. A large predator swimming in the middle of the circle.

Yes, those are called leopard sharks/sand sharks. they are mean and nasty with big teeth. I hope nobody has a line out from the pier.

Yeah, service sucks buried in the Redwoods of Humboldt county! Fishing for exotics does too, it's all salmon and rockfish!

Great vid !! I was driving along the Carlsbad coastline ths morning and from the cliffs looking down on the waves it looked exactly like those pics at La Jolla. I would have thought it was something else had I not seen the vid. Bigwatersedge is really a educational site !!! I'm gettin smarter everytime I read sheet here.
