Help !!!

In need of a civil attorney...
Been having trouble getting call backs.
my next step is to go to the jail house to find a new young attorney
Located in San Diego, please pm me and I will call you back with details. A BWE member that's an attorney would be great.

For those who took the time to read this....

Put me on the list of that $400 million that was scammed thu zelle bank transfer trying to recover funds 2021 A fake Ebay customer service thu Google search hacked my bank account and hacked my credit card that had zero balance owed and completely destroyed my credit because I'm not going to pay for a scam unable to work anymore
Due to medical issues, i worked all my life paying bills on time protecting my credit to have it all destroyed in one phone call.
There is definitely a shortage of internet crime attorneys

I seriously hope....

Facebook and Google are implicated on charges of allowing fake solden identitys and fake information services to scam you. One of the darkest things I have ever gone through.

I was wondering when this would come to a head.

After blocking 🚫 my banks phone 📱 number with all my accounts closed with a big unpaid balance on credit card from zelle scam they still 📞 called me every week. "But" I finally responded to a letter, going on 2 years. After having a Ca.state contractor license for 20 years this is a real shit detail After cutting my license loose from a shit economy and unpaid account receivable
With unpaid materials bills. I still payed what was due.
And was in good standing free of debt. Enough said.
The bank letter said they would settle for a disclosed figure that I thought was very fare. Long story short I paid the amount they said to pay and we both lost money in the zelle scam. But it feels good going to the grave debt free. I still want to sue Facebook for the emotional damage and Google too but it will never happen. The genius in this scam is a fake female identity from Maine on Facebook and not being able to tie it into a fake Ebay customer service by way of anydesk app flipping zero balance on credit card and pulling money. By way of Columbia

This scam would have never happened

If the outside party thief could not control my bank account the way they did, by transferring money off a zero balance credit card and pulling it in my checking account and telling me that Ebay customer service made a mistake trying to refund money owed to me. it didn't show up on my credit card.
That red flag should have closed the account. Instead of letting the Crooks tap dance all over my account

I left alot of details out.....

If I told my story to Netflix....they would make millions and I'm sure it would be a comedy.
The stocky little tuna with a skirt 😍 and Uggs on in the snow ❄️ from Maine was her profile picture when we met. The girl 👧 of my dreams, as we exchanged content.
My buddy says I was fighting a marlin and couldn't let her go. I learned my lesson big time. In my wildest dreams, could I ever thought a third party apps could have free run on your bank accounts.
I'm sure some of you silent peeps are reading this and thinking this guys an idiot all I got to say is it can happen to you. Why do you think so many mule deer🦌 bucks are shot during the rut.

Buying online with apps

Like Amazon Wal-Mart Ebay ect...
Year in and out with smooth trusting transactions.
With your credit card 💳 you think never a problem until you hit a crook in disguise that pops up through Google search engine. They are like a trap door spider 🕷 they pop up grab a victim and back down in their shit hole 🕳

Remember the bigger the credit card limit....

The bigger the scam. Why have a high limit unless you need it for your business.
The bank just wants to make money off you.

Hey Mitchell, sorry to hear this happened to you. Everyone should go watch scammer payback on youtube and you'll learn how these scammers function and how to not fall into their traps. They're getting more bold now with AI voice replication as well so it's best not to talk to them at all. If you get a call or email from any company about billing or anything where money is involved, never trust it's actually them. Hang up, go to their website and call the number there.

Linking CC to bank account

Most banks will set up your checking/savings account to link to your CC to prevent you from overdrafting, under the guise that it will save you from overdraft fees.

I always explicitly tell my bank not to do that. I would go even a step further and have separate banks for checking and CC. Then having a lower balance checking account for online transactions and paying bills. Then a checking account for income to go in to. Have a internal funds transfer going from one to the other to cover the bills that need to be paid. A little bit of trouble for peace of mind.
