That clears it up, and is the answer I was expecting. I will anxiously await your soft sand report. hope you have a great trip!

I have a 2015 Outback and an older outbackesque "Mirage". I saw the other day they have SS rods to reinforce the mounting points for the Outback.

These are nice! Is it possible to take the wheels off my mini wheelez and replace the standard wheels of the boondox?

Rob you might have to change the tire hub bearing but it is just plastic parts. easily done.
Kirk, the unit was great for outbacks and PA's before the Solo upgrade, no one was having problems. It was a combination of bth Solo weight with engine AND soft sand. Seems all problems were with our So Cal guys as we work our gear hard.

Thanks homie, I freakin hate setting up those mini wheelez for the few hundred feet from our pad to the beach. This seems like an easy fix.

Half the time I just end up carrying my yaks down with whoever I'm fishing with. It really sucks carrying them back uphill back to the house, especially after a long day of catching fish
