Garmin Echomap 44DV - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Purchased a 2015 outback a couple months back. Just finished installing a Garmin echomap 44DV. Need to get out on the water and learn how to use it now.

You did not post your location. Are you sticking to bays or open water? Fresh or salt?

I'm from Chula Vista. Haven't yet taken it out to the open water just mainly the bay's but looking forward to it one day.
