Good eating!

Yup, the fillets from the big one looked like the salmon you buy at Costco. It was delicious for multiple meals, with lemons from our tree and some Teriyaki sauce.

That's awesome I've fished Cuyamaca many, many times I've never seen anyone catch a trout that large. GREAT JOB! I thinks we just might go fishing up there soon lol Most of the time it's super windy there were you pushed around or was it calm?

I agree 100%. I've only been there once, but when I think of eating trout, I think of those pink filets from Cuyamaca bigguns!
