Nice day on the water. The lone squid that I was able to make was picked up for about a 10 second ride. My line broke at the knot (too lazy to retie from last week). Nothing else for me. I just sat back and watched the show.

Killer morning. Is it really December? Hooked three and landed two. The first and biggest came on squid. (Thanks for the pic, Pat.)

The second hit the deadsticked VB YT Special and came unbuttoned during the first run. The third hit the b/w 6X Jr. on the grind. It was a good crew out there today with lots of fish caught.

I saw two fish over 40#, but I won't spoil it for anyone. I think I might just have to come back down tomorrow.

get bent,

corey

Got this guy on the oh so popular deadsticked b/w 6x Jr. 10 minutes before sunrise. He dragged me all over the place and after ~20 minutes of battle got a shot and that was the end of him. Halfway through the fight, my greenie half way to the bottom gets rocked.....put it in gear and buttoned it down, but could barely slow him down with my focus on landing #1---my first double hookup--in the end, #2 broke my 40# leader before I could pay it any real attention--this one was no small fish.

Thanks for the on the water shot Arne.

Eclipsed the 100# mark with this 4-of-a-Kind

All on the iron. Thanks to Golden Boy for the photo.

Nice work everyone! And nice lab coldroom photo there. I know if I tried that at my lab it wouldn't go over well at all. I hope they hold until the weekend again. Stupid work just kills me when I know people are out there catching.

You'd be surprised what a little hamachi party can do for the lab vibe....

Nice job AGAIN! I'm trying my best to be in the good spirit and not so much of a grinch since I can't get out of work for a weekday session. You guys are really slammin 'em. I dream of some tasty hamachi sometime in my near future. Hopefully this PHENOMENON will last long enough for my x-mas miracle to come true.(yes, at this point it would be a miracle for me) I only ask for one.

p.s. kudos on the willingness to post

You guys are killing me. Amazing. Pat, nice 4 of a kind. Me, I'd settle for a pair of jacks like Corey's.

Was it all over early? I might be able to sneak off after I get the kids to school... dammit!
