A view from the inside

Found a leak on the scupper hole under the seat on my stealth 12 using a day/night camera and a small video monitor. Any advice on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.

Thx

ouch, that suckss right there! Just a question though, Do you use the scupper hole kayak cart? I see a cart in your picture, just can't tell if it's the scupper one. I've read a few post on the interwebz... using scupper hole carts can cause damage to your scuppers.
