If you buy an older Outback, like more than 5 years old, I would not pay more than 800-900. Actually I would just not buy it.

Good advice, anything before 2009 is a high (guaranteed) risk for a crack in the drive well, especially with turbo fins.

I would never buy a Hobie out of warranty without a heavy discount, like 50 percent minimum. But that's not what the secondary market says. Thus I buy new.

Thank you all. I ended up getting a 2012 revo 11. I will probably upgrade to PA12 when I get more space at home
