I there a way (I'm sure there is) to do that live on 5 nets and would it be legal?

Not with the gopro. The video camera would have to be hard wired in order for it to be viewed live. An aquaview hooked up to your fishfinder would be capable of viewing live video, but you would be tethered to your hoop... As far as legal I don't know why it would be illegal.

I will have to talk with my close friend that works at gopro to see what we can do about that
