^Hey on that, local vet groups are giving vet care and spay neuter release programs around MEX. I read about one in Asuncion and I know of similar programs in/around SQ and PV. It is at least slightly helping break the cycle of uncaredfor animals sufferin. Ive seen a couple nice friendly ones here but they have family here already.
