Iv never thought about a dehooker on bait fish you have a pic of your home made one...

I just grab em and unhook them but some times it sucks and hooks get my clothes and what not

Shouldn't need any type of de hooker if you are fishing with the right size hook. Too many guys use to small of a hook for the sabiki rigs and the hooks end up getting swallowed by the bait. Try size 6 or 4. Normally I use size 4. I would give these circle hook bait rigs a shot.
