Smile Introduction

Hi my name is Dave aka poorpaddy on here and SC Surf Fishing. I've recently became a proud owner of a Hobie Revolution via the awesome folks at OEX Oceanside.

About my fishing experience:
I've been fishing the rocks off Harbor Island & Spanish Landing, the Surf in Del Mar and the boats from H&M landing & Seaforth anywhere from 1/2 day to 1.5 day trips for a couple years now. Now that I have a yak I've fished Glorietta Bay (under the Coronado bridge), Shelter Island and more recently the SD Harbor mouth.

About me in general:
Web Designer/Developer. Love all kinds of music and am out for adventures in the little free time school and work provides.

Looking to meet new folks on here. Especially those that wouldn't mind showing me the ropes in open water or around the kelp beds by La Jolla or Mission.

Cheers,
poorpaddy

Thanks for the invite. Might need to pass on LBC this weekend. I'm thinking about dropping my yak off at the shop to get a fish finder added and etc. I really want to get out there and catch something bigger than all these lizard fish though.

Thanks for the offer. I have the folks @ OEX Ocenaside doing all that. Only seems right since I bought it from them and they have Hobie authorized folks. (Warranty purposes).

My yak is with them right now, getting the fish-finder, some more rod holders and the anchor trolley kit.

Thanks guys. I'm having the fish finder being installed, front side rod holders and anchor trolley kit. I think it might resemble a fishing war machine when OEX Oside is done with it.

I'm planning to meet some of you fine folks this upcoming Sunday @ Mission Bay.
