I just happened to have...
All 3 kinds of oil,peanut,grape seed and olive oil plus "fresh halibut "all I need now is a beer and keep it between 350 & 370

I like what he said about thawing meat out...
By dripping water.....I contracted Campylobacter infection and it put me in the hospital. I think it was from eating sceared yellow fin. One of my favorite fish dish.

The show isn't showing up on my Apple Podcast App as being archived yet, which is odd as shows are usually available in the archives within an hour after a show airs. I hope that it gets archived soon, because I was looking forward to this episode!

Ha! I made into the first round of calls on hold! Could not for the life of me think of a valid question...had a lot of comments: Yanni's real deal...great fisherman! Blah blah blah. I ended up hanging up before I got on the air! What...ever! Jim
