We were a little more than a mile outside of Newport Harbor. He followed us almost all the way back to the buoy just outside the harbor. It was cool at first but after about an hour it got annoying.

I just saw that video on ABC 7 L.A. Watched the video yesterday. A little rattled that the shark Bumped his Yak.
These guys are just getting too brazen for my taste!
That's it! I'm building a "TASER" for sharks. Going to start with a 9 volt or 2-"C" batteries and see how a charge like that will react to their snout where their electro-response sensors are located.
If not enough of a deterrent I'll hook it up to my 12v system (I knew I might need to run another accessory to it one day!) and see how they like that.

Hammers will try to eat it. they hunt Electric rays which put out 12-22V. guess how they find them...

also, your over reacting just a bit. lol
