anyone going to San Diego? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I have a paddle for a Marine, but working the hours I work I won't be able to get out any time soon. Is there anyone in the Oc / La area that's going to the area the san diego area that I can drop the paddle off with that can get it to him.
