YakAttack Rules

I just wanted to give some props to YakAttack. I recently broke the last segment on my VisiCarbon Pro (operator error). I emailed Luther Cifers and he quickly sent me a replacement part free of charge (free shipping too!). The item came to my house promptly and I was up and running again. YakAttack's customer service is awesome!! Great products as well....
