Found rods and reels in Malibu - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I found someone's rods and reels at Escondido beach in Malibu today. Looks like they loaded up their kayak and drove off without their poles. I hope whoever it all belongs to finds the note I left or this post.

bait was scarce
times were stoney...
