this calls for a brainstorming session!!!

Jay you think it is a concurrent plugged fuel intake in both the main outboard and also the kicker - less than a 3.5% probability of that being the root cause. I think you need to get inside bubble boy's bubble and do some brainstorming with him ...2 clues...Japanese Radioactive water and the Cerenkov effect that Jorge mentioned are the key to figuring out what happened to these motors... now get to work on this!!!

Did you try pulling the ropy thingy with a handle on top of the motor?




If it goes wrooom, wrooom then your motor is running.




If there is no wroooom wrooom sound and no smoke then your motor no working.




I am 100 % sure about my advice.
