Bragging Forum

This message is for the moderators of this site.
For years, I've loved the fishing reports of this website, especially when people actually posted a report instead of pictures only so they can hide their secret fishing spot.
Just in case people are thinking that I think a fishing report needs to be in full detail. I do not. At least beach location, depth, and type of bait would help. This is to help out new or potentially new people to kayak fishing. You don't need to give out your GPS spots. Yes, time on the water will help but that clearly only goes so far.
For the people that only want to post pictures of fish, then we should start a bragging section. No details needed. Just pictures of fish is fine.
That's just my thought process.
Thanks

Fish Report information has been a highly contested issue on here for a long time. As noted in the Moderators Fish Report Sticky: "We will not tolerate any member(s) trying to be policing the content on BWE." This issue is still continuing as some cool posts of Tuna taken a year ago, were later retracted.
It would appear based on the lack of fish reports, that the intimidators have won on this issue.

Nobody wants their kayak fishing spot crowded, but on the other hand, it's good to help a fellow angler improve.

All in all, This site has few posts and a separate category for brags is unmerited. I am stoked to see any report. Even if no info is provided, it's still inspirational to see someone else's success.

If you're new to kayak fishing and want success, be confident, that's the secret to connecting with fish.
It's not failproof, but I've landed many fish on confidence alone.
