Seakeeper for a Kayak??? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Just for the sake of conversation, I wonder if somebody will ever engineer a compact gyroscopic stabilizer for a kayak. After seeing this device by ‘Seakeeper’, I thought only military tactical vehicles only had such applications for stabilization, but now I’m wondering if anybody would build one for a better kayak experience.

If it is possible, it will probably take some serious battery power.
