LJ is WFO for YT

Go getum. There's a lot of fish West to WSW of the point. The past two evenings has produce 3 for 6 fish in a coupe of hours. Tried fishing north for halis and didn't get squat. Paddled to the point and wham lotsa fish.

Last night as the moon was rising, I watch a school of 5 good fish swim by, backs out of the water, 20# class fish. Too dark for the iron, they didn't eat my bait, which was ok becuase the hatch was FULL.

Lots of fun. Got kelped by the little guy before I even got the reel in gear. Spectra and pulled hard, but the kelp I brought in might have weighed more than the yt . Lost another little one when the big knot head took it. Then the knot head followed me for about 45 minutes and that ended my evening as there weren't any PBs or sporties out there to dump him on.

Not as much as I personally expected and hoped for...

But I hear it's enough for the tournament to be held.

Then I'm sure there will be folks that will just show up Saturday morning... Last year there was quite a few walk-ups.

I think the list will be published the night before, no?

Hey I 've got a hat like that ! Nice catch . That would be cool if weighed in fish(BWE tourney) were within ounces of eachother.

Good one, close calls.

Be aware - the contents of guts of all submitted fish will be a subject to check...

Scientific research.

I would believe the surf...but if someone had a YT with a 16 ounce peice of 'turf' in there, I would question it!lol

What??

That anyone would actually do that,

or that the BWE reserves the right to check the belly?

Maybe announced silly as a joke tone, but I see nothing wrong with it.

It is very common thing on big fishing tournaments.

This one is the biggest.

h2ofish, you fishing it?
