a dog ate my bug......

went out last nite and tried the hooping thing. It was pretty good with a bunch of shortys. got in the water at 9 and pulled my first legal at 11. come around 12 there was this lil pup seal that was popping up right next to us. My buddy scuba steve almost shit himself. haha. i then pulled up a net and to my surprised it looked like a good bug. I looked into the net and it was just the shell left from the tail. A big sucker too. I grab it to see what the hell was going on and the pup kept circleing my yak. The tail looks like its been chewed on. Kind of like when you give your dog a chew toy. What the hell right? Never knew dogs ate lobsters.dropped it back down for 1 more legal.out of the water by 130. What a nite. haha i will try to post the pictures today

Good Job on the bugs! Hopefully the dog got a piece caught in its throat and choked to death a little later.

Went out in MB last night with no luck. Three hours on the water and only 4 shorts.

Heard alot of chatter on the radio about guys catching around 6 or so, but never saw that action by me.
