SPAWNING SARGO

Shot some cool video, but its on FB
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=4232303934252

And I also ran across another one of these, 37" and 20 lbs. in 113 feet of water on squid.

Yellowtail were everywhere; I could tell by the circling terns (and bent rods and hollering on the boats), but they wouldn't eat my spanish mack. And I'm OK with that.

You are a better man than me!

A real man can say ...."and I'm OK with that.". I'm not there yet.

When I hear people hollering , see fish all over the place and I'm not hooking up, I get pissed!

I guess that 20 pounder made things a little easier

Thanks for a nice report.

Great vid Larry. I know other inshore/reef fish leave the reefs to spawn in open water but didn't know sargo do this too. Mike

I would have been putting the mussels on my Tady and firing off the surface iron

Trippy sight!
