Need suggestions for YT/WSB setup

Hey y'all... novice yakfisher needing expert advices!!!!

Looking to target YT & WSB @ LJ, my budget is around $200 for a good pole/reel combination. Can you guys suggest/share what has worked well?

if you think these are 2 different setup's, feel free to suggest both...

theres a million different setups that have worked for people in the past. something thatll hold a quality kelp cutter setup oughta do.

ive caught yellows with a shite rod from big 5 and a 70's penn jigmaster

shop around, talk to guys at LOCAL fishing shops, collect info, bend some rods, crank some reels and feel what best fits YOU

Well if you want specifics I was recommended by someone who has probably caught hundreds of YT and WSB
Daiwa Saltist 40H
Seeker 20(30)50 rod
If you look around you could put one together for $200 used in good condition.

Seeker stealth, 20-30lb range, and a Sealine 20 or something like a used Avet, or Penn Fathom. You can easily do a good setup for under $200 if you buy used. You could even find a used Seeker Black Steel for $125 and throw a $75 reel on it and be solid.

Don't forget you'll need to put $30-40 worth of line on it if you go with quality braid. Mono will be much cheaper.

I would go down to squidco and tell them how much you have to spend and what you are targeting. Let them know you will be fishing out of a yak ( i'm assuming) and they will set you up with the best you can afford. They know their stuff and won't rip you off.
