They are just practicing running the backhoe....make a trench, fill a trench, make a hole, fill a hole.

hmmmmmmmm.

Not sure how exactly to cook it, I'm thinking it would be best to cook it by wrapping it in aluminum non-stick foil and throwing in your neighbor's yard on a hot summer day. I don't think there are many recipes out there for that type of fish.........I'm sure someone will have one better than mine.

Shashimi style. Stick with the young ones that are 10" or less. Their meat is the most tender and melts in your mouth; much like baby calicos and sandies.

I'm more a baby halibut and white sea bass kind of guy. 20" or smaller are the best. So sweet and tender, plus there are less worms.

it is really good if you like chewing on rubber bands. I thought maybe I had overcooked it the first time, though I never over cook fish, but the second time I paid real close attention and it was still like chewing rubber so spotted bass are now catch and release only and I concentrate on catching anything else. Maybe Yani knows a great way to prepare them.

In the other hand, BSB tastes great. Chinese restaurants will steam it for you with scallions.
