Is San Vincente Res good for kayak bass fishing?

anyone has experience fishing from kayak at san Vincente reservoir? Any tips would be appreciated. I heard from friends bass fishing is good (from boat), but wondering about the conditions, i.e. wind, boat/ jet ski traffic.
Thanks,

It's a lot of deep jigging(50ft) if you miss the morning bite up in shallow.

We did ok last year once we figured out the fish were deep. Kayaked the whole lake with no issues. Felt bad about some of the fish we saw floating, I guess bass fisherman are not used to having to deflate fish (neither am I).
