Williamson Yabai jigs. Go to the pennies on the dollar section on the right side of the home page. They also have a inexpensive chatterbait and a football jig. I bought some go the Terminator inline spinners and replaced the treble hook with a wide gap worm hook. Attach a Z-Man bait and you are ready to go.

Overstockbait is out of stock, but there is still some to be found on marine-deals.com for the same price. It looks like they have a bigger variety too.
