Hobie Outback

Just got a new Outback (new to me,Thanks Pat) just wondering...

It has a small round hatch up front and a rectangular one in the middle.

Was this just an old model. 06?07?

Also i dont see how a hobie live-well would fit onto this yak as the back is a little different. It drops down slightly right behind the seat.

Thanks

i had a '07 model and it had round hatch in the front, under seat and in the back.
regards to the square shape in the back where the live well would go, well it was meant to be used for a tackle box. i bought a hobie live well and i attached some foam blocks underneath the live well using goop. this way it would elevate it to meet up with the rest of the back area. i also had to extend the tube so that it would reach down thru the scupper holes.
hope that this helps.

I got the same yak, it seems heavy to me? Lighter models out there?
