I'm in Japan and looking for launch spots. Found some but the parking seems sketchy. There are signs in the area but, go figure, I can't read Japanese.

Google translate on my phone suggests that if you read from right to left it says "Sakanagyo parking prohibition of non-fishermen"

If I highlight just the red section it translates to "parking banned".

You can download the app and see if you get the same assuming you took the picture with your phone, just open the app and use the little picture icon in the middle left side of the screen to switch to translation camera, will be faster than me copying it.

Edit: second sign says no dumping

Edit2: You should double check with your phone, the fourth symbol looks different from what google thinks it is "漁業関係者以外の魚業駐車禁止" : 係
