Vhf, what stations do you use?

So I got a floating vhf radio for xmas, just wondering what station everyone uses and what stations are what. I mostly fish LJ. Thanks

68, 69, 71. Confirm with anyone you are partnering up with on what channel they will monitor.

This should help you out.

Note that 9 is to call another boat in your area, mainly for distress call. And 16 is distress call to coast guard.

Most people fishing will be on 68-72
