Learnin bout lobsters

I went to the lobster seminar today at the Bass Pro in Rancho. I'm glad I did, I learned a lot about the proper way to do the job and some important things not to do, like pull the trap into your lap until you've check it for angry moray eels. I would rather not learn a lesson like that empirically. Jim is a good teacher but he isn't very good at drawing raffle tickets, I didn't win anything but I joined CCA when I got home. All in all a productive day.

I did get the stocking cap, I don't wear a beanie. Now I need to get some gear. My wife doesn't eat lobster so everything I catch I will have to consume myself. It's okay though, I'll take the bullet in the interest of marital bliss

I have attended many of Jim's seminars. Won some items too.

Each time I learn something new.

Too bad all of the seminars are too far for me this time around.

Would have liked to gone to BPS, but I could not.

there could be three raffle prizes and two people in the audience and some snook walking by would win the third prize. I don't do well in raffles
