Salish Sea

I'm shipping out to the Northeast soon and was reading up on it in preparation.

There's quite a lot of rules up there, but I'm more interested in meeting people to yak up there with while learning. Nothing like another person watching when the seas get rough.

Anyone on here know a board where you can meet similar minded yakkers, and can register for an account?
