Dana Pt. 3-10

Went out to try for a flattie. Day started off real nice but after a couple hour the wind kicked up pretty good. Long story short fished from 8-1130 and never found my halibut but I did get a few bass. Best one was about 16" and went back right after his photo was taken. Also got a WSB that was maybe 18 or 20 inches and never came outta the water before his release. Still a nice day on the water and I had a pretty close encounter with a whale too.

PS. Don't judge me for rolling up my jeans. Lol.

nice work. All I caught today. .. a glimpse of a whale. a few pieces of bait. ALmost hooked a seal that cleverly swiped my bait.

You did 2-300 % better than I did. Good for you.

Thanks for the report man.

Don't judge for rolling just wearing them.

I would switch your clothing up. Might as well of wear shorts when the weather is too chilly. If you happen to get tossed off for what ever reason.

Jeans wet weight a lot and are hard to swim in give it a try in a pool and you will know what I am talking about.

Respectfully,

Ryan

yeah.. flashback moment here.. I recall having to jump in the deep end of a pool fully clothed in a hooded sweater, jeans, everything.. for some boy scout swimming task as a youth. It was VERY difficult and heavy.

BTW... nice non-skunk session!
