Yellowtail carcass on the barbecue!

This suggestion has been brought up before so I thought I would give it a try. After filleting my fish, I thru the carcass on the barbecue. Oh my, my stomach and my dog were having a feast. The amount of fish I harvested was super. Best part, it was as easy as chucking on the grill, plating it, and eating right off the bone. So good and would highly recommend you give it a try. My pooch is giving me the eye for another helping. Ha!

Try the collars next time...the best part of YT

Murray-marinade the collars in some sort of Asian marinade...then grill over charcoal or wood. YUM.

No spices at all boys. Just plain and super yummy. Collars are in the fridg waiting to be smoked on my traeger manana. Will hit with asian marinade. Love harvesting nearly all the meat from the fish I catch. Only part I have not cooked yet is the head. Maybe in the future but I am not much of a cook.
