Nice catch !

And I noticed you have very nice rod and reel set up for trout

I like spot you fished I used to fish there but personally I don't like SARL I don't have much luck on that lake

I miss old Irvine Lake for trout fishing

I've fished there but I stink at fresh water fishing. I introduced ALL my grand kids to fishing in Huckleberries Pond. My granddaughters have the record, I used to play "fishing" with them when they were young, teaching them how to hold the rod, how to fight a fish and what the fish will do. On their first time out one caught a 9.5lb and the second caught an 11lb, on their own, I didn't have to help them at all, well, except for netting the fish and paying for them. That was an expensive outing but what a memory.

Cool to see you get a limit of trout -- Congratulations Shane!

That's awesome! Reminds me of the time as a teen when we went to Anaheim Lake, but when we got there it was closed. So instead we went to Happy Jacks Fish Farm.... it was easy to catch fish there!!!.....LOL.... but expensive to buy the catch.
