No tractors plowing the beach or anything to help tow him out.. Wow scratching my head.

EDIT watched the video.. How about the whole tool kit's missin forget about a couple screws.. "It's singing to us."

Imagine a blood test compared to a breathalyzer would show some different results...

P.s. facing fines for driving on the beach.. What's that about? Just bad reporting?
