Most people's work shift starts at 9am so they are reading right up to the bell. That overlaps with the guys whose shift starts at 8am, so they won't read a second past 9am. Mondays have morning meetings so Tuesday is for catching up on fish reports. Late March is primo time to hunt for the first WSB reports. So it all adds up.
