Talking Where are all the Venice/MDR yakkers?!

First let me state that I don't go out that often, but this is mainly because I NEVER see any other anglers! I won't fish outside marinas solo, (Had a VERY bad experience a mile out of King's Harbor in Redondo). Any yakkers that want to wet a line anywhere from Huntington to Malibu please hit me up!

I fish Malibu all the time. Usually solo but don't mind company either. Hit me up if you want to fish.

Yes, I too live close to MDR (5miles), and fish MDR, Malibu and mostly solo, but I can always use the company and people to compare notes with...http://www.bigwatersedge.com/bwevb/i...leersmilie.gif

What kind of experience? There are so many boats out there and when the whales and dolphins go on the move it can be dangerous.

Well I live not far from MDR either, but I just got my kayak, and still setting it up. when I get some outings under my belt inside of the Redondo jetty, I see if we can meet.

I don't like to go alone either. I want to get proficient enough for the lobster season.

Yes,
(late reply sorry)
I fly fish the break wall for calicos. Mostly on hand tied brown/orange patterns.
Occasionally bring along the bait stick.
