Far out, man.

Fished LJ 22 & 23. Talked to a fellow just after launch on Friday who landed a 25lb'er the day before really far out...."bait was everywhere and I ran into a school of about 20 mellow-yellows who stayed on the surface while I circled them with my fly line until one finally took it." So I also took the hook and headed out but all I got were noodle arms from all the paddling. Water temp was 70 on Thursday and 62 on Friday which may be affecting the bite.
