Beware - Stolen Rigs in Carlsbad

Just a heads up to everyone... Some time this weekend someone took it upon themselves to relieve me of 7 rod/reel combos and about $500 worth of Craftsman tools. I live in a secluded area in the eastern reaches of Carlsbad in a quiet neighborhood with "stay at home" neighbors on both sides. Whoever it was made it into my garage and walked by 4 bikes worth $1000's of dollars a piece to selectively take only my conventional/baitcasting rigs and a tool box. They left several spinning outfits worth as much if not more than the rigs they took:

Please keep an eye out for the following:
2 Penn 505's on Okuma Cork Handled Jig Sticks
1 Daiwa Sealine on a 7'6" Sabre California Special
1 Older Penn Squidder on a 7' California Special
2 Shimano Corsairs, 1 on Team Daiwa 7'0", 1 on High End Berkley Rod
1 Shimano Catalus on 6'6" unnamed rod

Also Large Black Craftsman Tool Chest w/ Electricians Tools

If someone shows up selling items that seem consistent with the ones listed I'd appreciate a phone call at 858-337-6568...Thanks and keep an eye on your own stuff... it sure took the wind out of my sails to come home to this... No Bueno

That sucks big time. I lived in Long Beach for a short time and it happened to me twice so I know the feeling. I always wondered, if I had put a remote control ignition devise with a thin stick of dinomite in each handle and walked out into my driveway and pushed a 10 mile radius hand held ignition divise for each rod the day after I got robbed,....would the explosions be within walking distance of my house? And if they were, I would walk down and stand in front to see who came out. I'd like to look them in the eye and have them see my face afterwards.

Someone close to you more than likely has your stuff.
