halibut fishing lacks some excitement.... but... halibut catching... well... there you have it! nice recovery!

Well done Wade!!! Some funny chit right there (Hello). That fish had some very kewl mottling on the underside. Was that a flying (swimming) gaff you were using? Ironic how we both went out to target the fish that mave been giving us more aggravation than anything, and both only go home with those species.
