There were bigger fish caught in the days before and after tournament day. The winning fish was even beat during the tournament. 6.51 pounds did win even though a bigger fish was released. Fun time had by all. 13 people paid to play. 11 fished and one local mexican angler WON. Angel was the winner. He took home $325.00 for his efforts. If Troy posts you might hear the rest of the story. Thanks to all who attended. Next year will be even better. The Don Eddies hotel was great, Tony the owner lead us out to the BEST launch area by the old light house. The road out and back was driveable with 2WD and nobody got stuck. Tight Lines and maybe next year will work out for YOU.

My son Zed and I caught several of these models the day before the tourney. Tough fishing the day of.
