Miramar Bassin

Went out yesterday for the first freshwater voyage with the PA 12. Researched Miramar a bit online and the only thing I could find is that it is infested with quagga muscles and perverts. So I went to catch a predator.

SWEET! Glad to see some chunkies caught at Miramar. Back in the day, Miramar was IT...

Catch and release was not the norm and the clear water bed fishing wiped that lake out of the trophies...snaggers, guys using trout...it was the wild, wild west.

Miramar Bassin

Wow! A blast from the past. My pop used to take us out there all the time. Yes, it used to be THE lake. My dad caught his biggest bass out of there at 11.5#. How did you do out there in general? What'd ya use to get em?

Cool! I didn't know they allowed PA's on the lake... I'm going to have to put Miramar on my radar now. As a kid I used to fish there at least once a week.
