Dana Groupon

Happy New Years guys. My son ran across this groupon for a 3/4 day trip out of Dana Point. It's only $35 and comes with a $7.50 food voucher so it's a great deal, but if you use the link below then I believe you can get it refunded $9.00 discount as well making it awesome.

Sign up for a groupon account here: Groupon

Buy your groupons from here: http://groupon.com/bwf/02665753-b5a9...e=bwf_fw_email

Enjoy!

Thanks Raskal, we got refunded $9.00 per ticket and I think that the next 6 that buy from my link in the next 18 hours gets the deal for $26.00 too. Amazing deal, too good to pass up!

I bought a Groupon deal right before Christmas $52 (after 20% off) for two for a 3/4 day trip (26$ each), may go to Catalina if the weather is good.

We are going tomorrow. The trip is from 7AM to 5PM. Includes the Bait, but you must bring your own Tackle/ License

It's out of Newport (Davey Jones)

We will see how it goes!

Don't forget the $5-$7/per angler fuel surcharge and $15 parking; if you go early enough you maybe find street parking. I bought a few of those as well last season and boats were packed 80+. But since this is off season it will probably be nice and roomy. Rock fishing is now closed so they will likely target bass.... If they are lucky maybe they'll pull up a couple of yellows.

Hey all,

Just a quick update. Went out fishing in Newport. We missed the 3/4 day boat thinking it left at 7:00am accordion to the groupon. Ended up jumping on a half day boat that went the same location as the 3/4 day. The two people in my group didn't catch anything. There were exactly 70 people on the boat (we were elbow to elbow). The whole boat probably brought on a total of 10 fish. Mostly perch, a few sand bass and a few sand dabs. It was a pretty disappointing day. We went to the artificial reef near the cargo ship waiting area.

Groupon cracks me up sometimes. I use it for my business and it works great, and I have bought some personally, but they had people sea kayaking along a pine tree lined coast for a kayak rental campaign I ran last year, when I gave them a great photo to use and they clutter up their promotions with cute confusing banter.

Check out Pierpoint Landings Groupon, the photo shows a striper caught in a private boat for that one
